DenaliFlora Interactive Key 1.1.2

This key is designed for visitors to Denali National Park & Preserve looking to explore the native flora. It features 300 of the most common and distinct plant species found in the park, excluding rare species, those challenging to identify (such as grasses and sedges), and non-native plants. By carefully selecting the characteristics that match the plant you're observing, this interactive key will provide a concise list of potential species. Utilize our photos and descriptions to accurately identify your specimen. The key's traits are crafted to be easily understood by the public and broadly applicable to most plants. This application serves as the field companion to the Ecological Atlas of Central Alaska. The Atlas covers all plant species featured in the app and many other ecologically significant plants in Denali. It offers a wealth of additional information on a species' occurrence and ecology within Denali, including distribution maps, elevation graphs, aspect data, site moisture information, community ecology insights, and supplementary photographs. Links to each plant's Eco-Atlas page can be found within the species descriptions.
